Chobe National Park has a variety of wildlife in store for you in Botswana giving you immense opportunities for wildlife watching. To have a close view of the animals in the park, the tourists can go for a boat cruise or jeep safari along the riverfront where the animals gather in the evening to drink water. The elephant herds are the major tourist attractions. You can also spot lion, cheetah, hippo, buffalo, giraffe, antelope, jackal, warthog, hyena, crocodile, otter, zebra and lot of birds.
'Okavango Delta' - the river which never finds the sea' in north-western Botswana, it is the largest inland delta in the world. Teeming with wildlife and bird species, the delta offers you an opportunity to view elephants, zebras, buffalo, wildebeest, giraffe, hippo and kudu. The Moremi Wildlife Reserve located in the center of this delta is also an ideal haven for wild animals and birds. In eastern Botswana, Serowe is the country's largest village which is closely associated with the education revolution in Botswana.
